I am acquiring a broad knowledge about the Foundation of US Immigration Law as an unauthorized practiced law (UPL) and Tax Law Foundation as a fresh Tax Preparer. For over 20 years, I have walked the path of an immigrant asylee, personally experiencing the challenges and triumphs that come with seeking refuge and establishing a new life. Throughout this journey, I have developed a deep understanding of the immigration process with the qualification application process (QAP) and have dedicated my life to helping others navigate similar challenges. So, I am motivating to working with the Haitian immigrants/customers and others to help their dreams become a reality. 

Likewise I am entering the world of tax preparation services as a fresh preparer, I quickly realized how crucial it was to build strong, trusting relationships with my clients. Every client’s financial situation is unique, and I want to approach each case with a sense of responsibility and care. My role is not just about filling out forms; it is about listening to my clients/customers’ concerns, guiding them through complex tax regulations, and ensuring they feel confident and informed every step of the way.

I also offer trusted, compassionate services in both field of affirmative asylum, family-based petitions, humanitarian cases, adjustment of status, individuals and businesses. Having lived through the complexities of these processes, I am uniquely positioned to provide clients with the support, knowledge, and empathy they need to succeed. My focus has always been on working closely with everyone or family, individuals as businesses, providing them with tailored assistance that respects their unique circumstances and challenges. I am focusing on my deep knowledge in field of Affirmative Asylum, Humanitarian relief, Family Based Petitions and Adjustment of Status. While there are challenges along the way-learning new systems, managing tight deadlines, and understanding the nuances of immigration and tax preparation services-the growth I am experiencing in both my skills and customer relationships make them beneficial and successful. Now, as I pursue professional growth in immigration and tax preparation services, I am excited to also expand my knowledge and persist in offering clients with the clarity and peace of mind they deserve.

-Provide personalized tax planning and preparation guidance to maximize deductions, ensure compliance with current tax laws and minimize liabilities.-

I am committed to working with immigrants and customers/clients, individuals and businesses in Immigration and Tax Preparation Services, building new beginnings and securing their future, just as I have done. Over the years, I have worked to ensure that those are seeking asylum, temporary protected status, work permit, family-based petitions, or protection under humanitarian relief programs and others receive the best possible support, adhering to legal requirements for individual and business tax returns, and offering them guidance in every step of the way. 

As an unauthorized practiced law (UPL) and fresh tax preparer, I am also committed to providing immigrants/customers/ individuals and businesses with accurate, reliable, and timely immigration and tax preparation services, always grounded in integrity and professionalism. I understand the importance of trust when it comes to handling sensitive financial information and unauthorized practiced law of immigration process, and I take great pride in delivering transparent and well-informed services.
